18 Gaming Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Gaming Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 18 Gaming online gaming platform, including all services, features, content and functionality available on this website. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and members of 18 Gaming.

By accessing, registering for or using the 18 Gaming platform in any capacity, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy and any additional guidelines or rules published by 18 Gaming from time to time.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 18 Gaming's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gaming platforms.
• Not registering from any geographical region where use of such a platform is prohibited by law.
• Register one (1) account only. Creating more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. 18 Gaming reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

18 Gaming shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide accurate information at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.

3User Account

Each 18 Gaming member is fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account, including their username and password. You agree to:

• Not sharing your account login details with any third party.
• Notify 18 Gaming immediately via customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Not transferring or selling your account to any other party.
• Updating your personal information whenever any changes occur.

18 Gaming shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

An 18 Gaming account is strictly for personal use only. Using an account on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes without prior written approval from 18 Gaming is prohibited.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

18 Gaming supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience:

• Deposit Method: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other local banks).
• Minimum Deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM30 per request.
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes for members who have completed identity verification.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit. 18 Gaming reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or where suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawal requests showing signs of fraud or failing to meet the applicable bonus wagering requirements may be delayed or cancelled by 18 Gaming. Account balances left unclaimed for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactive account management fee of RM5 per month.

5Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions and special offers provided by 18 Gaming are subject to specific terms and conditions stated for each promotion. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members who have met the specified requirements.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• 18 Gaming reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus on grounds of fraud or misuse.
• The maximum bet allowed while meeting wagering requirements is RM50 per round or bet, unless otherwise stated.

6Game Rules

All games available on the 18 Gaming platform — including slots, live casino, poker, roulette, lottery, virtual sports, match odds and Sports Betting — are subject to game-specific rules applicable to each category. The following are general rules that apply to all games on 18 Gaming:

• All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure outcomes are random and fair.
• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. 18 Gaming provides in-platform game guides for reference.
• Any technical failure occurring during an active game will result in the relevant round or bet being voided and the funds returned to the member's account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, 18 Gaming's server records are final and shall take precedence over any screenshots or other records submitted by a member.
• For Sports Betting including Malaysia Super League football, EPL and badminton, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are binding. Odds cannot be changed once a bet has been confirmed.
• 18 Gaming reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 18 Gaming platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering or using more than one account (duplicate accounts).
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any third-party software to access or play on the platform.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the 18 Gaming platform for any money laundering or financial fraud activities.
• Harassing, threatening or using abusive language towards support staff or other members.
• Attempting to hack, breach or interfere with the security systems of the 18 Gaming platform.

18 Gaming reserves the right to restrict, suspend or close the account of any member suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8Responsible Gaming

18 Gaming is committed to responsible gaming and the well-being of all our members. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a given period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to permanently exclude yourself from the platform or for a set period of time.

• Extracting or repurposing substantial portions of platform content for any purpose without authorisation.

Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices included in the content.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 18 Gaming shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures or unforeseen circumstances.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided on the platform regarding games, odds or promotions.
• Any act or omission by third-party service providers such as payment gateways.

In all circumstances, 18 Gaming's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Account Closure

18 Gaming reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure requests submitted by the member themselves for responsible gaming reasons.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through 18 Gaming customer support. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, subject to all applicable conditions being met.

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 18 Gaming is registered and operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Should negotiation fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the matter will be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent 18 Gaming from seeking injunctive orders or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or confidential information.
